CSE Australia takes great pride in acknowledging our people and their contributions across our business throughout the year. At year end, we also celebrate our most outstanding individual contributions by presenting the CSE Australia Excellence Awards.
All members of the CSE Australia team are eligible, the Team Champion award is voted by our peers, the other four selected by senior management after nominations within the various business units.
Our 2019 award winners are:
- Team Champion award: Stuart Dunthorne of CSE Genesis, New Zealand
Nominated by his peers, Stuart is the standout winner for the Team Champion award. Stuart always goes the extra mile to help both his own team and the sales team. In the many nominations received for Stuart, the following words and statements were a common theme: respected, leader, takes time for his people, helps out beyond his duty, motivating, safe, all of which make Stuart a very deserving winner.
- Hall of Fame award: Cameron Paul of CSE Crosscom, WA
On a daily basis, Cameron demonstrates our Core Values which has resulted in his significant contribution to the CSE business. His teamwork, quality of service to customers and support for his peers is simply outstanding. Leading a team that is required to be dynamic and flexible but often challenged with tight timelines, Cameron works through these situations with his team to achieve positive customer outcomes.
- Sales Excellence award: Mike Hert of CSE Uniserve, NSW
Mike was voted the winner for his exceptional sales results in 2019. In addition, Mike has done much to assist his colleagues as they too strive for excellence. Mike is generous with his time and is thought of as one of our most approachable and caring sales people. Time and again we have seen Mike introducing his CSE colleagues to his many contacts and providing guidance and support when requested. Mike has made a valued contribution to both CSE Uniserve and CSE Australia in 2019 and is to be highly commended.
- Technical Excellence award: Reece Dorman of CSE Crosscom, SA
Reece provides outstanding technical support with his approach to investigating, analysing and resolving technical matters. Reece not only demonstrates a strong technical knowledge but his appetite to learn and discover new technologies and solutions ensures our customers receive first class service from CSE. Reece’s strong technical knowledge, support and focus on customer service provided to our emergency service customers makes Reece a deserving winner of this award.
- CSE Senior Management Team Award for Teamwork and Excellence: Stuart Walker of CSE Uniserve
Stuart was selected for always going the extra distance to benefit the group; showing commitment to our core values and being a team player.
