CSE-Uniserve's technical centre at Baulkham Hills maintains a stock of critical spare parts and complete servicing data ready to handle practically any repair. This alleviates the need for product to be returned to its country of origin for servicing, saving both time and money.

CSE-Uniserve's technicians use custom designed testing rigs and current/voltage calibration sets which allows them to offer quick turn-around on repairs both during and after the warranty period.

CSE-Uniserve is the recognised Service Centre for all GE Multilin Power Management products, Univerter and Fuji Electric's variable frequency drives. Design hardware and software upgrades are included as appropriate for each model and application.

E.R.N.

CSE-Uniserve Pty Ltd utilise an Equipment Return Number (E.R.N.) to assist in the identification and traceability of your equipment, ensuring an efficient and prompt turn around. Please contact CSE-Uniserve for an E.R.N., and ensure this number is quoted on all accompanying documentation.

Estimates and Quotes

Repair estimates are free of charge and can be given over the phone. Quotations are given after receipt of a purchase order and inspection of the faulty equipment. Quotations are charged at one hours labour and are valid for 30 days.

Turnaround

CSE-Uniserve Pty Ltd has gained a reputation for reliability, service and professionalism and is always striving to exceed the customers expectations. Our aim is to provide as standard, 5 working days completion on all repairs. For urgent repairs we provide an emergency service where a technician initiates fault finding upon receipt of the equipment. The customer is advised should repairs prove impractical to complete within the requested time frame.

Warranty

CSE-Uniserve Pty Ltd warrants workmanship and materials used to repair your equipment for a period of 90 days. Customer induced failures such as physical damage, misuse, etc will result in a voided warranty.

Freight

The customers preferred courier name and account number should be quoted on the accompanying documentation. Alternatively, goods are returned by our nominated courier and charged to the customer.
